📌 Objective
The survey assesses awareness, usage, and feedback about Post Office and IPPB services among rural households covered by Branch Offices (BOs). The goal is to improve service delivery through a dedicated Survey App.
📝 Pre-requisites
✅ Device Registration
The device must be registered on the PMA MIS portal (same as for the PMA app).
✅ Postman Beat Settings
Ensure Beat settings appear in the app’s drawer menu (top-right on the Home screen).
✅ Initial App Setup
On first use, select IMEI and fetch Beat Settings even if details show up in the pop-up.
📱 Survey Process
1️⃣ Accessing the Survey
Home screen:
Assessment: Start a new survey.
Assessment Report: View completed surveys by date.
2️⃣ Mobile Verification & Consent
Enter mobile number → OTP sent to resident (includes consent message).
Enter OTP → Verify.
3️⃣ Entering Survey Details
Demographic Questions: Name, age, gender, occupation, village, family composition (by gender, age, adults/children).
Validations: Family total = sum of gender, age groups, adults/children.
Survey Questions: Usage and feedback on Post Office & IPPB. All questions mandatory.
Special fields: For Q3, Q6, Q15 — If “Others” is selected → Enter text + click ✔ to save.
4️⃣ Submit Survey
Submit → Confirm → Syncs to server (like PMA app article sync).
Can reopen app to trigger sync if needed.
📊 Reports
In-App: View completed surveys, unique IDs, sync status.
MIS Reports: View consolidated data at national, circle, regional, divisional levels:
